Positioning these workplaces adjacent to hotels and well-appointed retail is the model that demonstrates our plan to provide flexible workplace offerings that meet the needs of today’s customers, property investors, and the communities being served. All Centers will include property management, spec suites, meeting space, coworking space, food options, fitness offerings, and IT services provided by our family of brands.
